Fergus, a gray tabby cat from Forres, Scotland, went missing in 2010 but was recently found 80 miles away near a recycling center in Aberdeen. Rescuers believe he may have hitched a ride to get there. Fortunately, Fergus had a microchip that enabled volunteers from the Cats Protection charity to reconnect him with his owner, Fiona Mutter. Mutter thought she had lost Fergus forever and is grateful to the volunteer who helped bring him home. At 15 years old, Fergus is settling in well with his new sibling and catching up on all the cuddles he missed.
