Yoda, a kitten sold too young online and taken from his mum, was rushed to Blue Cross’s Victoria animal hospital a week after being purchased when he collapsed. Due to the level of treatment needed, Yoda's owners signed him over to the charity. He had diarrhoea, ear infections, dehydration, low temperature, and blood sugar levels. Once recovered, Yoda was moved to a rehoming centre and soon found a new forever home. Now called Otis by his new family, he is described as a little angel despite all he has been through. The charity advises never taking on a kitten under eight weeks old.
