During a soccer game in Bolivia, a sweet stray dog named Cachito interrupted the match by running onto the pitch with a black Adidas cleat in his mouth. The pup pranced around the grass, avoiding referees, until they paused the game, and he could enjoy his chew toy.
Cachito captured the hearts of players and commentators alike, and when a photo surfaced of him looking sick in the downtown area, players started a campaign to find him a home. One of the players, Raúl Castro, ended up taking Cachito home and covering all his vet bills. Although The Strongest won the match, Cachito was the true star of the game.
