Measuring just 3.59 inches in height and weighing only 1.22 lbs, she is related to the previous record holder, Miracle Milly. Pearl's owner, Vanesa Semler, describes her as a diva who loves dressing up and snacking on foods like salmon and chicken. In contrast, Spike, a chihuahua from Ohio, was named the world's oldest living dog at 23 years old earlier this year. However, Guinness World Records recently verified Bobi, a 30-year-old Portuguese canine, as the world's oldest living dog ever.
