A two-year-old chihuahua named Pearl has broken the Guinness World Record for the shortest living dog. Measuring just 3.59 inches in height and weighing only 1.22 lbs, she is related to the previous record holder, Miracle Milly. Pearl's owner, Vanesa Semler, describes her as a diva who loves dressing up and snacking on foods like salmon and chicken. In contrast, Spike, a chihuahua from Ohio, was named the world's oldest living dog at 23 years old earlier this year. However, Guinness World Records recently verified Bobi, a 30-year-old Portuguese canine, as the world's oldest living dog ever.
