A pregnant stray cat was taken in by a veterinarian facility after being found on the street. Since the cat needed a safe place to give birth and raise her kittens, the clinic staff contacted a local animal advocate group called Best Friends Felines for assistance. The group managed to find a foster caregiver just in time. "We were expecting the mother cat to give birth in a few weeks, and we were preparing for a whole litter of kittens," said Nikki from Best Friends Felines.
