Higgins, a German Shepherd, was adopted as a pup but sadly ended up back at the shelter. He has spent over 6 years there, with no one showing interest in adopting him. Higgins has become sad and less playful over time. The shelter is now asking for help to find him a forever home. Luckily, a man named Brendon Reed from Texas has come forward to adopt Higgins, bringing tears of joy to everyone involved.
