Kaley Cuoco, who played Penny on The Big Bang Theory, watched reruns of the show on mute. She was not a fan of her voice and disliked some of her outfit choices. Despite being one of the main reasons fans tuned in, Cuoco was always skeptical about her own abilities.
She credits Jim Parsons for much of the success of the show and struggled initially with his decision to exit after 12 seasons. Cuoco later thrived in the drama space and was nominated for an Emmy for her work in The Flight Attendant, where she served as an executive producer.
