José Luis Matos, a homeless man in Colombia, threw a birthday party for his two dogs, Shaggy and Nena. A park-goer captured the heartwarming moment on video and uploaded it, leading to an outpouring of support for Choco and his beloved pets. Donations poured in, enabling him to find a new home, and he now has over 150k Instagram followers.
The trio are now advocates for animal rights and against animal abuse. Choco is grateful for the kindness shown to him and his dogs, enjoying the little things in life that many take for granted, such as having a home and getting dental check-ups.
