Deuce, a two-month-old Chihuahua puppy born with only two legs, was saved from euthanasia by Ken and Melissa Rogers of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The couple already owns seven other dogs and two cats, most of whom are also disabled. Deuce is settling in nicely and enjoys cuddling up inside people's shirts. The Rogers will make a special harness with wheels attached to help him move around more easily. Ken and Melissa also run a non-profit organization called Colorado Comfort Canines, where their therapy dogs help comfort people going through trauma. They have no plans to adopt any more pets, as their home is already full.
