A woman in San Antonio, Texas, heard cries for help and discovered seven puppies in a cardboard box. They had been abandoned and cried themselves hoarse until someone finally heard them. The woman, a rescue volunteer, tried to find a shelter or rescue to take them in but was unsuccessful until she contacted Tattered Paws And Golden Hearts Rescue (TPGHR).
TPGHR was overburdened, but the president decided to take the puppies in. The woman is now fostering them through TPGHR, and they are on the road to recovery. The puppies had a rough start to life, but they are now close to their happily-ever-after. Donations to TPGHR can help care for the puppies.
