An adorable puppy named Vicente was dressed up in a tuxedo and ready to be adopted when his new owners cancelled at the last minute. The heartbreaking story was shared on Facebook by Fundacion Rescatame, a non-profit organization in Colombia. However, the post gained attention and Vicente was eventually adopted by a loving family. The rescue organization has helped rehome over 200 dogs this year and continues to advocate against animal abuse and provide second chances to animals in need.
