A tiny kitten was found alone in Las Vegas, with her siblings and mother gone. Nikki Martinez and Pule Kotov, devoted to rescuing animals, took in the weak kitten named Rocky. They cared for her day and night, feeding her every two hours. Rocky grew stronger and more playful, bonding with her foster parents. Eventually, she learned to feed herself and became more independent. The couple found a loving family for Rocky to join. Through it all, caring for Rocky helped them cope with Pule's cancer diagnosis. They will continue to rescue animals as long as they have health and strength.
