The ASPCA's Community Medicine team went above and beyond to help a one-year-old Chihuahua named Chispi who was born with only two hind legs. Despite her disability, Chispi had a loving home but struggled with mobility. The team designed a custom-made "wheelie vest" to help her walk, which greatly improved her quality of life. Chispi's family was thrilled to see her take her first steps, and the device has been life-changing for the whole family. Chispi is proof that even a little hope can make a big difference.
