A Chihuahua named Paco was brutally attacked by an off-leash dog, resulting in the removal of a third of his lung. Paco's owner, Bruna Meirelles, bravely intervened to save her dog and rushed him to the vet. Despite the costly surgery and risks involved, Paco is now on the road to recovery with the help of assisted breathing and physical therapy. A GoFundMe page was set up to cover the expenses. Bruna has reported the incident and hopes the negligent dog owner will be held accountable.
