Kristen Lee, who found her dog Remi three years ago, became a foster parent for puppies through PJ's Rescue. Initially, Lee was nervous about introducing puppies to Remi, who was nervous around other adult dogs. However, Remi surprised her by immediately protecting and caring for the first foster puppy. As more puppies came and went, Lee noticed that they all picked up on Remi's habits. Despite his size, Remi was gentle while playing with the puppies.
