Chauncey, a shy dog at the Spartanburg Humane Society, had a hard time finding her forever home. As she watched other dogs leave with their new families, staff members kept her company and gave her lots of love. After her first adoption didn't work out, a family saw her post on Facebook and Chauncey was finally ready to show her charming personality. She sold herself right away and found her perfect match. Though shelter staff were happy for Chauncey, they also missed her when she left. Donations to the Spartanburg Humane Society can help other animals like Chauncey find their forever homes.
