Two tire repair workers, Ozimar Queiroz and Lindomar Queiroz, found an abandoned dog at their shop in Porto Velho. The dog, named Seal due to its open paws, cannot walk as its front legs face backward. The workers have been taking care of Seal for 20 days but are unable to afford veterinary care.
Seal has befriended a stray cat and often drags himself through the mud to be near it. Despite being underweight when found, Seal is now becoming plump thanks to the workers' care and feeding.
