Jenna Rezzonico, an animal rescuer from northern California, spotted a sweet brown dog all alone at the top of a mountain as she drove through the winding highways. She knew she had to help and another Good Samaritan who had also seen the dog helped coax him out of the road and waited for animal control to arrive. The dog, later named Marley, was very hungry but also very affectionate. Animal control officers confirmed that Marley had been abandoned on the mountain. Luckily, the Good Samaritan waiting with Rezzonico knew someone who had been looking to adopt a dog, and when Marley was ready for adoption, the friend adopted him. Now, Marley has a new family and a new canine sibling and will never have to fend for himself again.
