A black and white cat was found lying in the middle of a road in the Bronx by an Uber driver who volunteers for an animal rescue. The cat, later named Tux, jumped into her car and sat on the dashboard as if ready to be rescued. Tux was estimated to be around two years old, had battle scars and an eye infection, but was friendly and affectionate. He was taken to a foster home where he received treatment for his eyes and learned to relax at mealtimes. Tux loves attention and snuggles and is now waiting for his forever home.
