Shelbi Uyehara took in a cat mother and her five newborns, as well as an orphaned kitten named Bowie. Bowie wanted a mother, so Shelbi introduced him to Dottie and hoped she would accept him. Dottie immediately took to Bowie, and he nestled up to her, unwilling to leave her side for days. With the presence of a mother cat and siblings, Bowie blossomed, eating well and hitting milestones. He continued to be a mama's boy, napping on Dottie while his siblings slept elsewhere. After a tough start to life, Bowie is making up for lost time with a cat family that adores him.
