Country singer Lainey Wilson has earned her fifth No.1 hit on the Billboard Country Airplay chart with her song "Watermelon Moonshine." The song took 18 weeks to reach the top spot, making it the fastest climb for a solo female artist since Carrie Underwood's "Church Bells" in 2016. Wilson co-wrote the nostalgic ballad, which reflects on the innocence of young love. She also recently released a music video for the song. Wilson's collaboration with Jelly Roll, "Save Me," is also climbing the charts, and she has been nominated for nine CMA Awards.
