A man and his Labrador retriever puppy were enjoying a walk at Fort Funston in San Francisco when disaster struck. In just one moment, the puppy fell off a rugged cliff and the owner immediately called for help. Thankfully, the San Francisco Fire Department arrived quickly and a brave firefighter rappelled down the cliff to rescue the dog. The department later shared a clip of the rescue on Twitter, reminding owners to be alert while walking with their dogs and to call 911 if something unexpected happens. We're relieved the puppy was saved and grateful for our heroic firefighters.
