Jasmine Noffsinger and her sister rescued a skinny dog they found on the side of the road and brought him to the vet to check for a microchip. They found out the dog, named Hamm, was lost since February 2021 and belonged to a family in Dade City, Florida, 450 miles away from them.
They met halfway to reunite Hamm with his family, and he immediately recognized and hopped into their car. Hamm's family was shocked and overjoyed to see him again, and Noffsinger emphasized the importance of microchipping and registering pets to ensure their safe return if lost.
