It usually takes time for adopted animals to adjust to their new homes and leave behind the shelter life. However, one cat named Tommy didn't need more than three days to feel like he had found his forever home. Tommy, a tuxedo cat, quickly settled in and felt at home within those three days. 

The couple also fell in love with Tommy, as expressed in the caption of the video: "Adopt don't shop... we have the most precious cat now." The video showed Tommy peacefully resting with his paws upright, which revealed his comfort in his newly found forever home. Additional clips showed Tommy standing at the end of the bed, looking at his owner as if he had forgotten something. And indeed, Tommy was waiting for a kiss, which his owners happily provided. They couldn't resist fulfilling Tommy's requests for affection, especially considering his past experience in a shelter.
