Robin Clemons discovered a mother dog and her nine puppies living alone in an abandoned barn in Northeast Texas while getting her truck inspected on a cold and rainy day. Clemons fed them and notified Northeast Texas Rescue Organization (NETRO), who successfully caught all nine puppies and arranged their foster home. The puppies are adapting to the new environment and learning to trust. They will be available for adoption soon.
