Vaughan expressed that while he is currently focused on his storyline on "Days of Our Lives," he has fond memories of his time on "General Hospital" and would entertain the idea of returning if given the opportunity. Lucky Spencer was last seen in 2015, and his whereabouts and reasons for staying away from Port Charles have been unknown. If Lucky were to make a comeback, he would have a lot of explaining to do, especially regarding his absence from his son's life.
